D. Kishore Reddy, Founder and CMD of MANA Projects, launched the firm in 2000 with a vision for high-quality, lifestyle-centric housing. Under his dynamic mentorship, MANA has become a leading Bengaluru developer, renowned for delivering premium residential landmarks. His commitment to quality and timely delivery has earned the brand deep domain expertise and numerous industry accolades.

Dr PV Sesha Reddy

Director Admin
Dr. PV Sesha Reddy, an academic with a PhD in Economics from Sri Venkateswara University, brings over 25 years of distinguished service in the Andhra Pradesh State Government. Formerly a District Panchayat Officer and Mandal Development Officer, his grassroots leadership earned him five “Best District Officer” honors. His extensive expertise in public administration and rural development adds significant strategic depth to MANA’s leadership team.

Mr A. Shyam Prasad

Director Projects
As Director of Projects at MANA Projects, Mr. A. Shyam Prasad oversees the end-to-end execution of the firm’s residential portfolio. With a hands-on leadership style, he has successfully steered the delivery of nearly 2.5 million square feet of high-quality construction. His technical expertise and operational rigor have been instrumental in elevating MANA to its current stature as a premier developer.

Ms D. Neeraja Reddy

Promoter – Director
As Promoter-Director at MANA Projects, Ms. D. Neeraja Reddy is a core architect of the firm’s strategic growth. Over 18 years, her sharp business acumen and board-level leadership have been instrumental in delivering 2.5 million square feet of landmark developments. She plays a pivotal role in identifying emerging opportunities and implementing the robust organizational systems that drive MANA’s operational excellence.

Devi Reddy Gupil

Director
As Director at MANA Projects and Founder of Digistart, Gupil Devi Reddy bridges the gap between traditional real estate and modern digital innovation. A Loyola Marymount alumnus with experience at Ernst & Young and KPMG, he specializes in financial modeling and strategic scaling. His leadership has driven MANA’s rapid growth, bringing a fresh, tech-forward perspective to MANA’s ongoing business expansion and organizational systems.

Subba Rao M

GM- Land Acquisition
Subba Rao M, a former entrepreneur with over 40 years of professional experience, brings extensive expertise in land acquisition and growth strategy. As GM – Land Acquisition at MANA Projects, he leads the identification and acquisition of high-potential land parcels across emerging corridors. Collaborating with senior leadership, he secures strategic assets that enable MANA’s structured and sustained expansion.

Sujith Sebastian

Chief Sales Officer
As Group Chief Sales Officer, Sujith Sebastian brings over 20 years of multi-sector expertise across real estate, FMCG, and hospitality. He spearheads MANA’s group sales strategy, driving customer experience and scalable growth processes. Focused on the company’s transformative expansion, Sujith leverages high-performance team building and global best practices to establish MANA as a trusted, world-class brand within the industry.

CLN Reddy

Vice President – Finance & Accounts
A seasoned finance and accounting professional with over three decades of experience spanning public and private sectors, including more than twenty years in the real estate industry. He brings deep expertise in finance, accounting, treasury MANAgement, compliance, and cross-functional MANAgement support. Known for his strategic financial leadership, robust internal controls, and performance-driven approach, Mr. Reddy plays a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, optimizing cash flows, and supporting business growth initiatives across the organization.

Suresh Deshpande

VP – HR
Suresh Deshpande brings 21 years of expertise to MANA, including a decade in senior HR leadership across BFSI and Real Estate. As Head of HR, he oversees the entire people and culture spectrum, specializing in employer branding, talent MANAgement, and strategic succession planning. His focus on organizational excellence drives MANA’s recruitment, engagement, and robust career development programs.

Kishore Kumar H/ Soni

Vice President – BD, Liaisoning & Legal
Mr. Kishore H. brings 24 years of foundational leadership to the firm. Having steered 10 million square feet of construction to completion, he is the operational “whole and soul” of the organization. From site execution and construction to CRM, his hands-on MANAgement across multiple departments has laid the groundwork for MANA’s enduring success and regional prominence.

Uday Kumar Reddy. Y

VP – Planning, Risk MANAgement & Finance Operations
Uday Kumar Reddy, a Chartered Accountant and former PwC & KPMG professional, brings 11 years of expertise in finance and governance. As VP of Planning, Risk MANAgement, and Finance Operations, he oversees enterprise budgeting, project P&L, and feasibility evaluations. Collaborating with senior leadership, Uday drives disciplined capital planning and performance governance to ensure MANA’s sustainable, long-term strategic growth.

Dr. Madhurima Subbareddy

VP – Projects
Dr. Madhurima Subbareddy, a construction and real estate professional with over 25 years of industry experience, brings strong expertise in project execution and operational leadership. As VP – Projects at MANA Projects, she oversees end-to-end delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership, she drives disciplined execution, cost control, and timely project completion.
